What is Dualda?
Dualda is an unconventional new "single meet single" game, an online dating service where you can meet other singles while playing different games to learn more about each other.
How does Dualda work?
By all means surprisingly different from other dating websites, but very simple:
You decide who matches whom.
In return you receive suggestions who could match you.
The only requirement is that you pair off other couples as often as possible.

What are the advantages of Dualda?
A dating suggestion is made. Any embarassing tries to hook up with someone do not happen. You just sit back and wait until the community suggests a possible partner to you.
How do I play?
You choose one of our four games from the menu.
At Match Me! you choose a matching single out of a choice of five pictures for another player.
If you match the choice of a lot of other players you receive credits for this.

The better you are (the better you match the decision of other players), the more credits you earn.

What do I have to do to take part in the game?
You register with Dualda and immediately you receive an e-mail with your log in data.
After that you can start playing at once.
You decide who matches whom and receive your first credits.
The other way round other players decide who matches you (after you uploaded your profile picture).
If you and another player have been chosen often as matching, you get the possiblity to become friends.

When do I get the possibility to become friends?
When 20 players have chosen you as matching, you get the possibility to send each other massages.
Can anyone contact me who likes my picture(s)?
No.
Neither people from outside nor other players receive your contact data.
Even when you're suggested for a date, you have to consent explicitly.

Can I prevent that my pictures are seen?
Only to a limited extend because we don't know if anybody at Dualda is randomly from your circle of friends.
But you can adjust your settings that persons of the area you have registered for don't see your pictures by removing this particular area from your selection.

Are my data safe?
Naturally.
Neither do we pass your data on to third parties, nor do we give them internally to other community members.
In addition we use all technical means to protect the access to data technically.
A suggestion for a date is only send out when all parties have consented beforehand.

What kind of picture should I upload?
You should choose a picture where present yourself in the best way.
Uploaded pictures are automatically adjusted; ideal is a size of 140 x 140 pixel.

Why is my picture chosen so rarely?
There are different possibilities: the most likely reason is that not enough other players of your age range or your region have registered yet.
But of course you can always give it a try with a different picture.

Can I resign?
Yes. If you should choose to stop playing and decide that we should delete your data you just have to unregister (in your user profile).
How can I delete my profile?
You enter your user profile and click on "unregister" - when you un-register your data will be deleted.
How can I change my e-mail address?
Under your user profile choose the tab "contact data". There you can change your e-mail address or your password.
How many credits can I receive?
There is a maximum amount of 200 000 credits.

Playing the game "Match me!" sometimes I receive one credit and sometimes six or ten. How are these credits calculated?
The number of credits you receive depends on the number of other players who have chosen the same combination as you. The closer you are to the general opinion of the community, the more credits you receive.
